The Ninth National Conference of Indian Society for Rational Pharmacotherapeutics (ISRPTCON 2017) will be held during November 19-21, 2017 at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. Nearly 200 delegates from India and abroad are expected to attend this conference, informed by the organizing secretary, Prof. Syed Ziaur Rahman. He further stated that the Society was founded in New Delhi in 2007 by a group dedicated pharmacologists of India. The chairman of the organizing committee is Prof. M. Nasiruddin. Dear Colleagues,

We are glad to inform you that the Department of Pharmacology of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, an affiliate Institute of Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, is entrusted to hold the 9th Annual Conference of Indian Society for Rational Pharmacotherapeutics (ISRPT) and One-day Pre-conference Workshop on “Rational Prescribing among Medical Practitioners” during 19th to 21st November 2017.

The upcoming conference cum workshop will bring together academic experts to discuss the importance of rational pharmacotherapeutics, current regulation on safe and effective use of medicines and review risk management plans to improve safe medicine and safe patients. The pre-conference workshop will specifically open new vistas for young scientist, who wish to take up the research in this field.

The scientific programme will comprise of various orations, guest lectures, symposia on many current topics including free papers and posters presentation. Eminent speakers from India and abroad are being invited to deliver lectures on the current and relevant information.

We cordially invite all medical professionals to be part of this academics meet at Aligarh Muslim University, a university of par excellence and famous as “Oxford of East”.

Payment of the Registration Fees is to be made by A/c payee Bank Draft / cheques drawn in favour of “Organising Secretary ISRPTCon2017” payable at Aligarh and posted along with Registration form to Conference Secretariat. In case of outstation cheques, add Rs.60/- as bank collection charge.

October 31, 2017         :           Intimation (through email only) of Abstract Acceptance

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation should be notified in writing to the Secretariat. No refund request will be entertained after 30th September, 2017. On cancellation of registration, only 50% of the amount shall be refunded and this will be sent to the person concerned only after the conference is over.

Accommodation:

Hotel accommodation shall be reserved on request against advance payment along with Registration Form. Booking shall be done till six weeks prior to the start of Conference. Confirmation shall be subjected to the availability. Limited economy accommodation are available on a first-come-first-served basis.  Payment for booking of accommodation should be sent through Bank Draft / cheques in favour of “Organising Secretary ISRPTCON 2017” payable at Aligarh along with Registration Form.
