GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts must be submitted through email to isrpt2017@gmail.com
Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.
1. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
2. The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
3. Submitted abstracts should include non-published data.
4. Abstracts previously presented will not be accepted.
5. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. 
6. Please submit symbols as words.
7. You may submit more than 1 abstract. However, presenters that are accepted for oral presentation will be permitted to give only 1 oral presentation.  Additional accepted abstracts will therefore be poster only.
8. The abstracts of the Conference will be published in abstract book or in a supplementary issue of the Journal of ISRPT.
9. Please note the submitting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract so we advise that the submitting author details that are entered are the same details as those of the presenting author.​
10. Please ensure that if you are submitting an abstract to be considered for the ExPharm or JIPMER Prize​ that you upload all relevant supporting documents via the link you will receive in the confirmation e-mail you receive once you final submit your abstract.
11. Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission. You are welcome to bring an updated abstract onsite with you.
12. Your abstract will be considered as successfully submitted after you receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us. 

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
Before you begin, please prepare the following information:
1.      Abstract Topic – abstracts must be allocated to a specific Theme of the Conference. For a complete listing of abstract Themes, please click here.
2.      Presenting author's contact details (should be the same details as the submitting author so that the presenting author receives the correspondence about the abstract)
a.           Email address
b.           Full postal address
c.           Daytime and evening phone number
3.      Author and co-authors' details
1.           Full first and family name(s)
2.           Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
4.      Abstract title - limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE
5.      Abstract text – limited to 250 words
Abstract layout - Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:
a.           Objectives
b.           Methods
c.           Results
d.           Conclusions
6.      References are not obligatory and word count is affected by inclusion of references.
7.      Please note that abstracts must be SUBMITTED before the deadline in order to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific Program.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST & ETHICS APPROVAL
Abstract submission will by default imply that you have received ethical approval for your study (if relevant), and you are requested to declare any conflict of interests in your presentation at the congress.
ABSTRACT SELECTION AND PRESENTATION
The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author.
Please note, if your abstract is accepted for oral presentation, the presenting author will be permitted a maximum of 1 oral presentation in the program.

Poster Guidelines


Primarily a tool to allow authors to discuss their research works with other scientists or faculties. Poster must contain enough information, together with that in the abstract, to give readers a good overall understanding of the research. Posters will be on display for the defined i.e. Pre-lunch and Post lunch. Authors will be given a specific time to be in attendance during the poster sessions.

Total poster size should not exceed 100 centimeters (wide) x 80 centimetres (high)
(Landscape).

NOTE:

  • Presenter must be available at the poster during their respective session.
  • Posters should be prepared in portrait format.
  • Posters larger than this size cannot be accommodated.
  • The entire poster may be printed as a single sheet or as a banner plus the appropriate number of A3/A4 sheets corresponding to the same overall size.
  • Board pin or Velcro adhesive will be provided to fix your poster to the numbered poster board.
  • On arrival, please make your way to the Registration Desk where staff will assist your registration and direct you to the poster presentation set-up area.
  • Posters will be evaluated during post-lunch, therefore, it is requested to all the members to be present at defined time.
  • Poster and its contents must be visible from a length of at least 7-10 meters.
  • Venue- JNMC College Auditorium, JNMC, AMU, Aligarh.
